Cancellation Policy

On booking an appointment, card details will be requested to secure the booking.
Please give at least 24 Hours notice when cancelling a treatment booking. Bookings cancelled with less than 24 hours will incur a 50% treatment charge.
With regards to all spa packages, please give at least 3 days notice for cancellation otherwise 50% of the Spa package will be charged.
If you don’t arrive for your treatment, we will have to charge the full treatment price.
Please note that should you arrive late for a treatment, this will result in a reduced time being available, therefore your treatment time may be reduced and in some cases could result in your treatment being cancelled with a charge.

Gift Vouchers
Gift vouchers are available for a specific treatment or for an amount above £10.00.
Vouchers are non-refundable and to be used in exchange for treatments.
Vouchers can be paid for over the phone on through our online shop www.thereefboutique.co.uk .
Vouchers are valid for 12 months from date of purchase.

Spa Etiquette
Although walk-ins are welcome, we would advise you to book in advance to secure a booking at a convenient time for you.
To maintain our calming atmosphere we would like to inform you that smoking and the use of mobile phones is not permitted.
We prefer young children not to be brought into the spa; this is also for Health and Safety reasons. Clients need to be 16yrs or older, unless accompanied by an adult who is happy to give consent.

Treatments and Booking
Our system requires credit card details upon booking to secure your bookings made. Card details are stored safely and securely on our system (once entered only the managing director can access them). Please note that there will not be a charge on the card, however we politely remind you of our 24 hour cancellation policy (above) otherwise the card could be charged.
For your first visit to us, please arrive 15 minutes before so you are able to fill out a health consultation form.
For Spa days, gowns and slippers will be provided for use on the day.
If you are receiving a pedicure, please ensure that you bring with you open-toed shoes to avoid smudging.

Health Conditions
Please inform us at the time of booking you of any health issues, medical conditions or allergies so that we can advise on treatments and recommend suitable treatments for you.
Please also inform us at time of booking if you are pregnant as this may affect your treatment choices. Our reception team will be able to advise you of the perfect treatments for your safety and comfort.

Please get in touch with us if you are booking for such celebrations as hen/stag parties, birthday, surprise bookings, etc; we can help plan your day and ensure it is extra special.

A wide range of refreshments are available. Lunch or Afternoon Tea can be added for an extra charge of £12.00 per person.
