Clare Cockell
Managing Director
Clare trained in Canterbury and has over 10 years experience in the beauty industry. Clare has previously worked in highly respected health clubs and salons, plus a top destination spa in Hampshire.
Clare motivates the fabulous Reef team, creates exciting new spa days and treatments, searches for and acts upon client feedback, organises charity events, plus keeps everyone updated via email/facebook/twitter/newsletters/blog and more.

Annette Cockell
Director
Annette has over 30 years experience working in the hair and beauty industry.
Annette is Clare's Mother. She ensures all The Reef team get paid on time so they can enjoy sunny holidays, shopping trips and more!

Lauren
Area Manager
Lauren worked in a busy local salon before taking time out to go travelling. Whilst travelling, Lauren took some time out to work in a top Spa in Cairns, Australia.
Lauren has now been with The Reef for 2 and a half years and specialises in Massages and Facials. She also keeps the spa running smoothly, trains the team and ensures high standards are being achieved.

Assistant Manager
Gemma trained in Maidstone and has over 10 years experience, previously working in busy, highly respected local salons; Gemma has now been with The Reef for 4 years.
Our red vein, skin tag and electrolysis therapist; Gemma also specialises in facials and massage.
Gemma married Wayne in May 2009 and had their son, Jude, in May 2010.

Assistant Manager
Jenny trained at Wilmington college and has since worked at The Reef, which has now been 2 years.
Jenny is caring and a perfectionist in what she does.
She specialises in Nails, Waxing, and Facials.

Jodie

Jodie trained in Baker Street, London and has previous experience working in a busy salon, plus self employed. Jodie has now been with The Reef for 3 years.
Jodie specialises in nail treatments, and tanning treatments.
Jodie has just returned from maternity leave after giving birth to her little boy, Harrison.

Scarlett

Scarlett is calm, friendly and polite.
Before joining the team at The Reef, Scarlett previously worked in top spas across the country.
Scarlett specialises in eyelash extensions, Hopi ear candles, massage and facials.

Emily has been with us for 3 years and specialises in massage and waxing, plus helping front of house and ensuring things are running smoothly.
Emily is also currently at college studying business.

Danielle joined us from an award-winning salon.
Danielle is friendly and thorough to perfection.
Danielle specialises in eyelash extensions, nail treatments, waxing and massage.

Emma trained at the London College of Beauty Therapy.
Polite and caring, Emma specialises in massages and facials.
Emma also runs the Front of House twice a week, ensuring things are running smoothly and that you receive a warm welcome and are able to relax with a drink before your treatments begin.
