My husband and I absolutely love The Reef, I took him there for a spa day the day before our wedding and we both left feeling unbelieveably relaxed.
All of the staff are so kind and knowledgeable and they have amazing offers.
I love the little things that make it so special like the heated beds, candles, music, the whole atmosphere! oh and the home made bath bombs smell amazing and are brilliant value! I'm addicted!!! Cant wait for my next appointment! Samantha

I've been to The Reef a couple of times now and each time have found it to be very friendly and very relaxing. I've enjoyed it so much that I have told all my friends about it and I've got myself a loyalty card!

Have been coming to this retreat for more than two years now and love every time I go. Everyone and everything is done to make you feel as relaxed as can be.
The last time I was due for an appointment, I arrived but didn't feel too well. They made sure I got transport home and asked that I phone them to make sure I got home okay. To my knowledge, you don't get any support or care from any other spa in Maidstone.
Truly recommend this spa if you have never been to one before. Meghan

I have been to The Reef for various different treatments and the staff have always been absolutely fantastic and always prepared to squeeze me in even when I literally came in on the off chance of a space. I always felt at ease in every situation and I didn't have one moment when I felt like I wasn't in capable hands.

I visited The Reef on Saturday and had such a delightful experience I had to leave a note!!
On a busy Saturday afternoon The Reef is like a secret haven in the centre of a bustling Maidstone. As soon as I was greeted by the friendly receptionist I felt myself visibly relax!
I was really impressed with how thorough The Reef is at ensuring you get the perfect treatments for you and your skin when I filled in the client form.
I had a full body scrub, Fake Bake spray tan and custom pedicure, all adapted to my needs and to complement one another treatment.
The full body scrub also included my face and was a real detoxifying experience; I was so impressed at how peaceful and quiet the rooms are. All the rooms (and there are lots of them!) kept immaculately clean and tidy and with a decor to match any top London beauty salon and spa!
After a refreshing shower I went downstairs in a cosy robe and slippers to enjoy my custom pedicure. Undertaken in two very grand throne-like chairs that give you a gentle massage whilst you have your pedicure, I enjoyed refreshments and some scrumptious chocolates.
There are 2 pedicure chairs side by side so perfect if you and a friend fancy a pedicure and a catch up - I will definitely be bringing my friend next time!!
The pedicure made my feet look and feel so light and fresh - and the leighton denny colour range is excellent!
I then went in for my first ever spray tan, although I was slightly nervous, Jodie, the beauty therapist made me feel so relaxed and at ease I was soon very comfortable!!
The Fake Bake spray tan came out really well and I was so pleased with the results and all of the after care tips you are given are great.
All in all I had a fab experience at The Reef, in such a perfect location, with astonishingly reasonable prices I will definitely be back!!! And I cant wait!!

Had an amazing deep tissue back and shoulders massage a couple of weeks ago. I hadn't been sleeping well, but that evening I went to bed early and slept all the way through - will definitely be doing this again! Lovely calm surroundings and nice staff. 5/5 Angela

I have been coming to The Reef for a over a year now...since my bf started booking me in for treatments when he noticed I was a little stressed at work etc.

I recently discovered The Reef this year when I received some gift vouchers for my birthday. Now I can't imagine being without it!! I have already had about 6 different treatments & have loved them all.
Every member of staff is lovely, and seeing as I now take along 3 other people with me each time, they have been so so helpful fitting in our bookings all together, and making us feel really welcome from start to finish. 
The Reef is definitely our new monthly fix to get us through the rest - we are always really looking forward to it! Lara

I have been going to The Reef for 3 years now and I always come out feeling amazing. The staff are very friendly and make you feel relaxed. It honestly is the best place in Maidstone to go and treat yourself.

I don't often put pen to paper, but I want to say how I enjoyed my visit to the reef on 20th October 2010. Having waxing is not the most relaxing treatment, but Scarlett was brilliant. I also had my eyebows tinted and waxed. I was totally relaxed and even when I went downstairs my daughter laughed at me because I looked so relaxed; I even drifted off at one point. With Scarlett doing such a good job I have booked in a back massage, I'm soooooo looking forward to my treatment. Scarlett is truly professional and great asset to The Reef. xxx Carolyne
